If I could give a zero, I would. DO NOT EVER call this company. They charge a $150 service call, which seems fine, until you realize that they do not apply that $150 to any work done, which I have always seen as standard operating procedure. Last Friday, I had a technician show up to determine why a bathtub was leaking into the condo below. He was not inside the building for 30 minutes and just took a picture from the unit below. Calls me half an hour later to say he is not exactly sure where the problem is, and he will need to come back another day with a helper to access the tub faucet from the condo next door and make a repair. Horrible service. They came out to check my water heater and determined it needed replaced. I had to follow up almost daily to find out if there was any update on a new water heater and how much it would cost. After 2 weeks of no answers, or being told to call back later, I finally gave up and went with another contractor (who installed a new water heater in less than 6 hours from when I contacted him). If you want quick and reliable service, look elsewhere.

I absolutely do not like writing reviews, I prefer to speak with someone because mistakes happen and as long as we can work out a fix I'm okay. That is not the case with Haynes; I have been trying to get in touch with someone for two days but the office manager is always out. We had a plumber come over to unclog a toilet. The plumber was in our office for about 15 minutes and said it was an easy fix, only the water levels needed adjusting. They charged me over $250 for this. The very next day the toilet would not flush again.Service: Drain unblocking
