“Troy did an excellent job from start to finish with diagnosing and fixing our AC when it wouldn’t turn on. I was able to reach him immediately with a phone call and he arrived at our home within a couple hours. He thoroughly examined our thermostat wiring and the machinery in our utility closet (and was also ready to climb thirty feet to the AC unit on the roof if needed) to determine that the fault lay with the thermostat itself. He had a new thermostat ready in his truck and installed it within minutes.
