The second visit was free of charge (3 days later) and an additional manager came out to scope our line with a camera to make sure there were no further issues. Good recommendations were also made by our initial serviceman.“

Paul and Fred arrived on time and handled the installations like the pros they are. The pricing was fair and transparent from the start. “The drain doctor is a great company. Very personable and great customer service. Had a backup in my basement only when the washer was being used. Called a few companies one including Roto Rooter where they came, looked for 2 mins and wanted to charge 790 bucks for an exterior drain cleaning which is outrageous. I called the drain doctor and they were able to do it for more than half of that cost and probably much quicker and better than another company!“
