“I give this company 5 stars. I was in a real jam. My kitchen sink had failed, my garbage disposal was leaking, and I had no hot water to run my dishwasher. I called JMB and got Katie on the phone. I explained the situation and she had a service technician-Justin who was on the road out to my house within 20 minutes. I showed Justin the problems and he immediately went out to his truck and began working. He called the owner Jason who went to his supplier and got my brand-new goose neck faucet, handles and soap dispenser. The owner Jason personally drove to my house to deliver the new Delta Faucet and hardware. Justin finished the job with the utmost expertise and professionalism. I have never had such top-notch customer service and delivery in my life. I would recommend JMB and team over any plumbing service in CT. “We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Blue Frog. We had to deal with a large project and in the process met many of the Blue Frog staff. All were professional and personable. The staff was also concientitious about not tracking dirt into house and cleaning up afterward. The office staff is also very responsive and easy to get a hold of.“

“I can't say enough good things about The Field of Plumbing & Heating. We had a sudden leak showing in our dining room ceiling this morning, right below our upstairs bathroom. The owner himself came out on the call, cut a small hole, advised how to fix the hole itself, solved the plumbing issue in our shower, and charged a reasonable rate, especially for a holiday weekend. And then cleaned up after himself in the bathroom. Looks like nothing happened. You're my hero, Chris!“

“Late 2019 the boiler at out Church had a catastrophic failure just as the winter cold began. First Choice Home Services, Al, stepped up to the plate to help. He found a boiler replacement but delivery was a problem because of Covid. There were delivery issues and Al was willing to travel to get the parts if needed. He quickly arranged to install the boiler and get everything working. Also, he provided some temporary heat to the building to try and keep the building somewhat warm. The basement was old, damp and dark. Al and his team made everything come together timely. He is also someone who returns your call promptly. His workmanship is the highest quality and he is highly recommended. The lady who picked up was very polite and responsive and was able to schedule me for early next morning. “I cant say enough good about sheehy plumbing....I had a serious problem with my toilet where the bolts were snapped off that hold the toilet to the floor and the whole toilet moved....called and within hours Larry was out after he did a service call he was on ....he did the job in less then an hour... the big thing I can say about Sheehy plumbing that puts them ON TOP of the rest of ALL the plumbers in CT ....IS....they answer their phone when you call and you don't get an answering machine or just a no call.....and they return calls....when you call after hours..and have to use an answering machine...they even have an emergency number and Mike the owner picks up right away....I've called other plumbers and NONE answered me back...even when I called the plumber that originally put my toilet in.....he said he was to busy....nice huh...won't be doing business with that MIDDLEFIELD plumber again OH...and the price was very reasonable....no complaints....Larry is the service guy...ask for him....hes been in the business for years and knowledgeable ......Mike is the owner and very respectable guy.....Thank you Sheehy Plumbing“

“Zeke’s Pump Service is outstanding and an exceptional company. Look no further! Our water pump motor stopped working on the weekend. I had called another company, not knowing about Zeke’s yet. That company came out the next morning and proceeded to present us with an outrageous estimate to convert our system and told us that we would be without water for two more days. They also charged us for the emergency call and the evaluation. The next evening, two of my friends told me that they had worked with Zeke’s Pump Service, and they were extremely happy. So, I called the emergency number late on a Sunday evening. Not only did they answer, but it was the owner Craig who took my call. I explained what happened and what the previous company quoted. He said that they could be at our home the next morning and have our water working that day for much less than we were previously quoted. My mother and I were so relieved. Craig arrived the next morning, as he promised, with his team R.J. and Hunter. They evaluated the situation and started the work immediately. They were so respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They explained everything that they were doing and did an amazing job. We had water in less than three hours.
