“Chiarillos came out a little over a month ago to service three mini splits in our home. Two of them were making noises when we turned the air conditioning on during a few hot days in May. The condensations pumps had been a continuous problem so we opted to have the condensation pumps replaced with gravity lines instead. The mini splits are working more efficiently than before and are much quieter. We will be using Chiarillos to service our furnace and hot water heater later in the year. “We had a last minute issue with the existing water connection and needed it changed ASAP. The issue was identified on Wednesday and we worked to understand the full issue so we could start looking for a plumber to help us fix it by Friday, it seemed impossible.<br><br>We contacted Daffodil Plumbing Thursday morning and were assigned the 8-12:30 time slot. Around 10, Gabby called to let us know the techs current job was running long and asked if we were ok with being moved to the 12-4:30 time slot, we agreed. The job ran over but the tech, Raul, arrived at 5:30 to evaluate the job.<br><br>The job was not as simple as switching out the connection and Raul was joined by Kyle to put together the options. Once complete we chose the best option for us which required a new line run from the water connection in street to the house . Raul and Kyle worked with us Wednesday night until the details were worked out, crew lined up and it was committed to Friday.<br><br>On Friday they techs arrived with the backhoe crew, dug out a deep trench, laid the new line and made all connections in time for the water department to come out, inspect and approve the new connections and line. It was a lot of work and they did a great job. They smoothed over the yard in a manner that was ready for us to put the finish touches on.<br><br>The cost was more than we hoped but given the short timeline we needed it done in we expected to pay a bit more.<br><br>We will use Daffodil Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them. The process and customer service was great from start to finish.”

Rather than delaying the repair, another Aiello employee drove the part to our home while Taylor stayed and completed everything else he could so no time was wasted. When heavy rain turned into a torrential downpour, Taylor even set up a canopy over the outdoor unit so he could continue working safely while protecting the equipment. He pressure-tested the system with nitrogen before evacuating and recharging it, making sure the repair was done correctly instead of simply getting the system running again. Throughout the entire visit, Taylor was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer every question I had.
