This company saved our day and wallet. The previous company not only charged us over $700 and didn't unplug the pipes with their snake, but told us the only solution was to jack hammer the basement floor to remove the house trap that was going to cost us $7,145!!!! Joe (A1) showed up and use the PROPER snake, unplugged it, flushed the toilet, ran the water on the bathtub and even drained the washing machine. They also gave us a 30 days guarantee. We had a nightmare scenario where the previous owners must have been dumping grease down the kitchen sink. I used my own drain tools, rented drain tools, tried natural remedies, and tried chemicals. No luck. A1 came in with even bigger tools and were able to clear it out, and at a much more reasonable price than I would have predicted. Very pleased.
