We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Blue Frog. We had to deal with a large project and in the process met many of the Blue Frog staff. All were professional and personable. The staff was also concientitious about not tracking dirt into house and cleaning up afterward. The office staff is also very responsive and easy to get a hold of.

OMG. Unbelievable customer service. I am in business for 20 years but I never seen derive like this from the plumbing company, It’s completely worth it. Right on time, very knowledgeable, quick in work, they try to work outside of their business hours which is normally lots of company does not do. Thank you Nate for making us so comfortable with the putting pressure regulator into our facility.

NATE NOT ONLY HELPED ME BY COMING OUT AT A MOMENT'S NOTICE TO GUIDE ME ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH A MAJOR LEAK, BUT WHEN HE CAME TODAY TO REMODEL MY TUB AND SHOWER HE WAS WONDERFUL. HE IS NOT ONLY QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT, BUT HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS REPLACING AND WHY. HIS PERSONALITY AND EXPERTISE MADE WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE INTO ONE THAT WAS REALLY PLEASANT. I DEFINITELY WILL REFER HIM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS TO HAVE A PLUMBER SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS. NATE IS FIVE-STAR IN MY OPINION.
