Two weeks ago we discovered our hot water heater wasn't working.The temp indicator was below 90 . We called our Oil provider first becausewe had a service contract. When he arrived later that day the temperaturehad recovered to 130 degrees. He speculated that the issue was with theaquastat (thermostat inside the tank). the unit is 18 years old and he thought the thermstat get corroded and eventually stops calling for re heating.The oil company e mailed a quote for replacing the tank, parts and labor.$4500.00.We decided to get a local quote and called New Concepts.Tom came out and looked at the total system and quoted us a price of$3600. I had a bathroom leak resulting in ceiling water damage. Tom came immediately and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend New ConceptsService: Faucet repair

I worked with Tom recently for renovating my bathroom (tub, toilet). Excellent quality of work, easy to schedule with, explains things in layman’s terms, and easy to work with. One of the best contractors I’ve worked with over the years.
