The technician was on time and immediately diagnosed the issue pertaining to a clogged washing machine drain. He also was able to reccomend a solution for another issue regarding rerouting water pipes in the basement. Roto-Rooter was also the only ones who returned my call after desperately reaching out to several other local businesses. I will always keep RR in mind for future service calls.

Quick, fast, amazing service. We had an issue with water coming out of the pipes and they checked everything out, ran a few tests and let me know the cause. It was a fix I can do on my own and I appreciate the fact that they let you know what to do and how to do it if it's in fact a simple enough fix. They easily could've charged me an insane amount to do it for me but didn't. He even went as far as letting me the different types of issues to look for depending on how and when water is leaking. It was an overall great experience.

Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He showed up right on time and completed the job quickly with little disruption to my day. He thoroughly explained everything to me (as far as what was happening to cause the drain to clog and what and why the service needed to be done), as well as showed me what he was doing, step by step.
