I had a couple of issues that needed to be attended to quickly. I called Ralph. He called me back quickly, got my address, and responded right away. I showed him the turn-off valve I needed to change and within minutes I was looking at my new turn-off. A bigger issue was a leaking turn-off before the meter. This required coordination with the town to locate and turn off the water at the street. Ralph took care of everything. On the day of the service, the town was there, turned off the water and within 30 minutes Ralph and the town water department employee had two new valves, the new water meter installed, and the water back on. Have used Ralph Warner & Son on numerous occasions. Yesterday 1/25/23 I had a dishwasher delivered from a major home improvement company. The drivers were supposed to install it. They had no clue or simply didn’t want to install it. I had them leave the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen floor. After waiting for 20 days for the delivery, I didn’t want to wait for another appointment. I called Ralph, he was at my home 30 minutes later and did his usual great job. Although it was a simple clogged shower drain, we called Ralph late in the day. The following morning Ralph called us back and he was at our home within the hour.
