So easy to get along with & was patient with me since I've never been to a gym. After a few months I moved to the semi-private classes & love it! The trainers & group of people in the classes are great to be around. Everyone goes at their own pace but they push you to do better! Being here has not only helped me but it has helped my family. My kids see their parents taking care of their health & they want to be part of it. My older daughter comes to classes & my youngest loves working out at home with dad. I like how you can scale or modify any station needed. The coaches really make the place too - it's evident they really care about your form, goals and that you enjoy being there. I feel the workouts are effective, thorough and efficient. You're in about in 45 minutes including the warm up and cool down. They utilize a user friendly app so you can reserve a spot in the class time you want. My favorite part is what a nice community of people are there. You can count on running into familiar friendly faces that step up and cheer each other on each time. If you are new to working out, an experienced athlete or anywhere in between, definitely give F45 a try. As a local Chiropractor, I enjoy regularly referring my patients here as part of their self care plan.“

D'Mario helped me strengthen muscles that had atrophied, and through that, restored balance on both sides of my body which magically relieved the pain I had been feeling in my neck and shoulders for years. Working with Jaleel has been great, and the work outs are no joke! He is extremely on top of everything. Even being a virtual client, he made it a point to check in constantly to see how the program was working for me individually. The app Jaleel uses to facilitate the daily workouts is efficient, and is easy to follow. Step by step instructions on how and when to complete which exercises within each circuit. The only effort needed is the effort put forth to get through the work outs! I would highly recommend Wingard Fitness to any one looking to better themselves, or start their fitness journey.
