I’ve been an avid gym goer most of my life but it wasn’t until I started with R3 almost 4 years ago that I started seeing the results I had always wanted and envisioned. Their semi sessions are catered to your specific goals and needs which is unique compared to other gyms and they have several classes that cater to every fitness level. The coaches are motivating, personable, and fun to work with! And an added bonus- there is no intimidation factor, everyone who attends, regardless of fitness level, is supportive and friendly. I have been a member here for 8 years. Its the perfect gym. It is very clean and the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely would recommend this gym to my friends and family. Weather you are a power lifter or just somebody that likes to workout, this place is perfect. The people that work out here are amazing and if you ever needed a spot they are more than willing to help. Also the manager and staff are by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business. I look forward to going to this gym everyday and recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to workout!
