PMA is great. There is a nice sense of community and collaborative learning. We're all training partners, not cut-throat competitors and the person who sets the tone is the head coach and instructor Greg Wood. In particular, I appreciate how Greg has studied Jiu Jitsu from many different angles and people and he brings this to every class. Moreover, he encourages us all to continue to explore, to refine, and to improve our techniques using both in class resources and other resources we may discover outside of class. Thank you, Greg! I look forward to many more years of learning Jiu Jitsu to greater and greater depths.
I don’t know where to start! I’ve been overwhelmingly busy and the housework has gotten out of hand. There were crafts all over the floor, guinea pig mess, so much clutter. Everything is sparkling clean now, the girls really went above and beyond, corralled the clutter, and scrubbed this place clean. It was truly a life saver and I can not recommend them enough!

The communication leading up to my appointment was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the salon felt peaceful and welcoming. It smelled amazing, and every detail of the space felt thoughtfully designed. Even the hair wash experience was incredibly comfortable thanks to Samila’s setup. It really showed how much care she puts into her clients’ experience.
As someone with kinky/curly hair, I was a little nervous about trying someone new, but Samila immediately put me at ease. She knew exactly how to care for my curls. She also educated me on micro-links, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood how to properly maintain them.
Beyond her talent, Samila is genuinely kind, respectful, and so easy to talk to. I had such a great time chatting with her throughout my appointment, and I left feeling beautiful and confident.
I’m so happy I found her and will absolutely be back. I’ll definitely be booking with Samila for my wedding next year, and I couldn’t be more excited. 10/10 highly recommend!

She did my eye brows and they look really amazing. Everyone keeps asking me about my eye brows. She was very patient. She takes her time to do them.
I've been bringing my cars to Rocco for over 15 years, and I honestly wouldn't let anyone else touch them.
What I appreciate most is that they actually care. They don't rush through the job, they pay attention to the little details, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. That's hard to find these days.

I am incredibly happy with the results. So many neighbors have stopped and expressed how positively surprised they are that the lawn turned around in one season. I always recommend them to call Green Choice. My lawn was completely infested by summer 2024 and bare by winter and Green Choice was able to turn it into one of the best lawns within a year. I had Mike at Home Pros Renovation work on an area in my basement. I gave him a vision of what I wanted the design to look like and he brought it to life. He was very honest and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and completed the job within a day. Mike is super friendly, very detail oriented, and a true craftsman. I'm glad I found him for this job. Look forward to using Mike’s expertise and craftsmanship in the future for other projects. I would highly recommend him and his services!

I’ve been trying to find a spot to get my hair done. I went and Got it done by Amie she did an amazing job. Talk to me made me feel comfortable. My hair came out amazing. I looked like a new man coming out of there. If you haven’t tried this place go ahead and try them out. Amazing people in a clean environment.
I got waxed here. I did full body. I am normally a shy person. Like only my mom, husband and dr have seen all of me. Abby had me so comfortable and she was so gentle. I was clean and ready for my first vacation. The caring and attention to detail was amazing!
I have been getting my hair done by Dorota for many years now, I have no idea why I haven't left her an amazing review yet! She is always so accommodating with my schedule, kind, listens, and helps me take care of my hair. She cut and did high/low lights in my hair today, if you look on her Facebook you will see all her before and after pics. Today was well needed and came out beautiful as always. Amanda is the best hair stylist! I have had a couple appts and she does not disappoint. Amanda is amazing. I'm so thrilled at her technique when cutting hair. She doesn't pull your hair or comb it in a hurtful way as I've experienced with others. My first root touch up and she was spot on with the color. She knows what she is doing. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with her and would give her more than 5 stars!

Neal is a real hidden gem in the community. He does impeccable work and always has a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. I gladly travel 15-20 min from Newington for his expertise as a barber, so l looked clean for worship and work.

Carlie is amazing and I would highly recommend her! My wedding needed to be move up 5 hours with almost no notice, and Carlie was miraculously available and made it work. She showed up not knowing anything about me or my skin or my bridesmaids and she nailed all of our looks. She was speedy, professional, so chill, and most importantly a great artist. If you have an event coming up, you should book her for your makeup!

I have gotten my eyebrows done at this place multiple times now and they always come out wonderful! I always feel comfortable there even if my eyebrows are a bushy mess, I feel no judgement. It is always fast and if I do have to wait it’s not a long wait.
I have hired Chris Field twice in the past 8 months. The first job was not an emergency but was completed promptly and the finished product was excellent. The second job needed to be completed as soon as possible. I spoke to Janet at 5pm yesterday and Chris arrived at 8:30 this morning. By 11am my new water heater was installed! We just had our entire exterior metering equipment updated and couldn't be happier with the service we received from this company. Professional, timely top-notch service and even held true to the original estimate that was given, which we have found in the past with many contractors isn't always the case. Mace Electric is phenomenal. Our small business worked with Rich on a handful of small projects in the past, and his company's staff were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After a 350 year old oak tree fell on our house doing extensive damage we hired Kapura to help us rebuild. Working with Dean Benoit as our project manager and Joe Canas as our master carpenter they not only rebuilt the areas that were damaged they returned our 100 year old house back to her previous glory. We have received so many compliments on how great it looks and we love all the new features they added for us. I cannot thank them enough for a job well done.
