“I have been a customer for a very long time. I called this morning cause I was concerned I just had a deliver this morning and the tank read 0. My major anxiety freaked out get my butt out of the house and called right away. I did not smell any gas but freaked anyway. They called me right away and let me know my gauge is broken they did fill it and will be back Monday. To check thr gauge for me. Great job and Thank you“

“We have had Mohegan oil for 5-6 years now. We have always had a good experience with them. Timely deliveries and positive customer service interactions when I’ve called with a question and setting up our account. But felt compelled to leave a written review today after service that went above and beyond. 48 hours ago we just began to dig out from a winter storm that had left 2+ feet of snow on the ground. Yesterday I had noticed that our tank was down to a quarter, so I knew Mohegan would be out soon the fill it. Unfortunately I hadn’t quite gotten to shoveling out a path to our oil pipe. Jon M (our delivery driver) not only trekked through the snow to fill our tank, he also brought my trash can up from the road. It would have been completely reasonable for Mohegan to have left us a message to take care of it and they would come back, but instead Jon took the extra time to make sure that my family stayed warm. I am extremely grateful!“

“I've had a few services done so far by Currie's, and the technicians are very informative and the pricing has been fair. I really appreciate how they clearly set up their work and do things the correct way. Miscommunication has happened a bit over the phone, but it gets cleared up right away as often the technician needs to diagnose or quote out an issue in person.

I had an urgent matter today get resolved after my boiler was accidentally overfilled after a service last week. Everything was resolved promptly, the technician was very informative and kind.

It really showed me that this small business is ran by people who have good character, and that they try to be fair with their customers which is really important to me.“

“Ordering each season has been straightforward, with friendly, detail-oriented support that confirms everything clearly. Delivery timing is accurate, and the delivery is handled smoothly every time. The only hiccup is tracking down the receipt, which can be left in different spots. A standard method would really help.“

“Today I had my first floor and second floor AC units maintenanced by Marcus!
During the service Marcus discovered a fault code on my two year old Ecoer system. He found the system was damaged and repaired it, all at the same time of cleaning both units.
Marcus was professional and worked up in that hot, hot attic without complaint until the job was done. He is a Superman in my book !
