Benvenuti/General Oil crews removed my 38 year old H.B. Smith hot water boiler and installed a Crown hot water boiler on January 10th and 11th. On January 10; Gary, Mario and Pat removed my old boiler and installed the new boiler so that I could have heat and hot water overnight.The next day, Gary, Mario and Marcus completed the installation by installing new zone values including controller, and completed the installation.I was impressed by their professionalism and how well they worked together. I work with a lot of business on daily basis. Our oil tank was leaking from age. They were the most professional company from beginning to end . From how courteous Lauren was on the phone and explained everything thoroughly. The tech were so nice and professional . They were extremely punctual. Seriously can’t say enough positive .
