Marcus and his crew (Jude and Abid, I think) were excellent installing splits in our home. Very friendly and professional and patient explaining how all the remotes work 😜 It’s 85 outside and the sky is filled with smoke from Canada but we’r we are in 72-degree comfort. Great job!

Very competent technicians - they did a great installation job. Left the site clean and took the time to explain the Samsung splits. About Samsung- we love the windless setting. Very quiet.
