Their customer service is praised for being attentive and responsive, with a reasonable service fee for after-hours responses.
I have been using Brunelli Energy for 6 years now since I moved to Connecticut. Oil deliveries, furnace maintenance and repair, and most recently replacing a hot water heater. If Brunelli can do it, they are the only people I want to give my money to.
Their customer service, workmanship and dedication to ensuring the comfort and happiness of their customers is top notch. When you call, you will probably talk to Cathy and she is just a gem- always helping in any way that she can and ensuring that you are informed, taken care of and always following up to ensure that you are happy with their service- which I always am.

Ordering each season has been straightforward, with friendly, detail-oriented support that confirms everything clearly. Delivery timing is accurate, and the delivery is handled smoothly every time. The only hiccup is tracking down the receipt, which can be left in different spots. A standard method would really help.
Brunelli has gone above and beyond for us at our rental property several times. They always return my calls quickly even after hours or on the weekend and have helped us out of several jams! Highly recommended for service and heating oil!
