“The work I had done by Cool Breeze went right. My 1977 house with electric baseboard heat needed an upgrade! Cool Breeze came on time, spec'ed out a whole-house mini-split ac/heat system. They sent me a detailed written quote a day later. I checked into things and the price was very fair. I agreed to the job. They coordinated w/ my electrician, showed up two weeks later, stayed with me for three days til finished. They were masked and careful re Covid, and left the place clean like theyd never been there, except for my new system! After 6 weeks of zero-hassle excellent heat, I thought i should write. I appreciate their responsiveness when I have an issue, communication about any HVAC issues and timelines for fixing them, and honesty in presenting options that can fit my budget. They've also helped me learn a lot about my home's HVAC system and things I can do to maintain it properly. I had a carbon monoxide emergency at my house due to the boiler and Benedetto's arrived to help troubleshoot the problem before the fire department had even left! It can be hard to find reliable service providers these days but it is a pleasure to work with Benedetto's.“

Last week he came back to look at a loop distributor that was no longer working correctly and thus we had no heat in the bathroom addition.
