“I have been using Brunelli Energy for 6 years now since I moved to Connecticut. Oil deliveries, furnace maintenance and repair, and most recently replacing a hot water heater. If Brunelli can do it, they are the only people I want to give my money to.
Their customer service, workmanship and dedication to ensuring the comfort and happiness of their customers is top notch. When you call, you will probably talk to Cathy and she is just a gem- always helping in any way that she can and ensuring that you are informed, taken care of and always following up to ensure that you are happy with their service- which I always am.
Their technicians are respectful, honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They will always provide you options while ensuring that you are informed in order to make any decision that you may need to make. I have been extremely happy with the quality of their workmanship and the care they take with your home. It is clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the work they are performing.
They are transparent about pricing, the situation and will always work to accommodate your needs while expediting their services in any emergency. You can count on them to help in the middle of the night when it's 5 degrees out and your furnace stops running. Trust me on that one.
