One of the worst experiences I’ve had as a home owner or renter with a propane company. I will be seeking alternative options once this is resolved. Waited 6 months for a tank swap promised back in October with a refund of $401 for the remaining gas. Team shows up unannounced in late March when my wife is home alone to do the service on the property.

Automatically charged $157 on a card I had no idea they had on file for gas that was already existing on my property and had to call to get the payment voided so my other bills wouldn’t bounce bc of the unexpected delivery. Been calling for weeks. No one ever answers the phone I just sit on hold never speaking to a person for 20+ minutes ever time. Neither the corporate number or this location which is suppose to be my local provider picks up. Cant even leave a number for a call back.

Would leave zero stars if that was possible.

Haven't used propane since I moved in, I don't use the heater than runs off propane. They've been charging me for propane I don't use. I've spent 2 weeks trying to get a manager on the phone to close my account, they make it literally impossible to close your account. I now am contacting the attorney general of CT as well as the public utilities regulatory authority as well as the better business bureau.
