The day after we filled our oil tank, it sprung a leak. We called R&W Heating and they sent someone out within 30 minutes. That was on Wednesday and by Friday they had pumped out the 275 gallons of oil, dismantled the 60 year old tank, and replaced it and all of the accompanying piping, removed all of the debris, filled the new tank, cleaned the surrounding area and did a totally amazing job!
R&W recently replaced my furnace, and even though I was not an existing customer, they scheduled me very quickly. The owner, techs and staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend R&W. Thank you!
