Bartol has come through for us several times over the years and their response time, skill and customer service (including the office staff) has always been excellent. “A super great company to work with! From the time Jay spent giving me a quote and explaining all my options to the installation this was nothing but a professional company to work with. I was never left in the dark as that my questions were always answered in a timely manner. The installers were quick at what they had to do and were attentive to keeping my home clean. They were always wiping their feet even though they had put down tarps for everywhere they needed to walk and worked and made sure my outside yard was put back to the way it was before they started the job. I could not find one piece of trash anywhere after they left.

The process was also made easier as that I did not have to find my own electrician due to that being taken care of in the original quote thus making one less thing for me to do and coordinate between two different companies on installation day. Jay took care of everything including completing the paperwork for Groton Utilities so that all I had to do was sign the form and write my utility account number on the form and mail it in.

“Today I had my first floor and second floor AC units maintenanced by Marcus!
During the service Marcus discovered a fault code on my two year old Ecoer system. He found the system was damaged and repaired it, all at the same time of cleaning both units.
Marcus was professional and worked up in that hot, hot attic without complaint until the job was done. He is a Superman in my book !
Because of the complexity of the problem, Ryan came in order to further explain the what’s and whys.

“We have had Mohegan oil for 5-6 years now. We have always had a good experience with them. Timely deliveries and positive customer service interactions when I’ve called with a question and setting up our account. But felt compelled to leave a written review today after service that went above and beyond. 48 hours ago we just began to dig out from a winter storm that had left 2+ feet of snow on the ground. Yesterday I had noticed that our tank was down to a quarter, so I knew Mohegan would be out soon the fill it. Unfortunately I hadn’t quite gotten to shoveling out a path to our oil pipe. Jon M (our delivery driver) not only trekked through the snow to fill our tank, he also brought my trash can up from the road.
