“As promised just like a Roman Legion, they arrived on time, saw what needed to be done, and they completed their task quickly and efficiently. John, in charge of the project introduced himself and laid out the details of the work. As soon as our expectations were addressed they quickly began working . First they covered the floors with runners and began installing the mini splits while others were outside and installing the condensers. It went seamlessly! They instructed us on how to use our new units and amazingly we had heat. Just in time since the temperature was dropping ten degrees! After completion of the work they removed any signs that they had been there. We were left with a warm orderly house. My compliments to Total Comfort. They have professional, courteous, respectful employees who did a terrific job!“

“This is a wonderful company, I have used them for more than 2 years to help me with a mini-split air conditioner, that was installed by another company. When the mini split began to give me problems, they worked on it tirelessly, coming several times over a few weeks, until they were able to get the problem resolved. The company reached out to me via email to make sure that the problem was resolved. Some of the visits they refused to charge me, as they felt strongly that they wanted to resolve the problem without further expense to me. “Great outfit! They just helped up grade from oil to gas. This is an inherently challenging undertaking for us -- but working with JP was really a pleasure and he guided us from beginning to end -- professionally, efficiently, with patience for a zillion questions, and reassuring us that it would all work out great -- which it did! JP helped us to feel comfortable with all of the decision points -- cutting through lots of variables -- making sure we got exactly what we wanted -- and showing a lot of flexibility when it came time to schedule the actual install. I was honestly dreading it -- an old oil tank had to come out of our basement -- as well as giant original boiler dating back to the 60's -- it seemed like a lot could go wrong. But no -- the Sullivan team are all pros. A bunch of technicians came -- they worked incredibly hard and were clean and organized and highly efficient -- you instantly knew that they do this a lot -- they know their stuff -- they got everything done faster than expected and there were no "oops" moments.
