Online ordering is easy. If you need to speak to someone they are polite, efficient helpful and answer the phone quickly. We expected a Monday delivery, but a significant storm was predicted Sunday, so they adjusted and delivered Saturday. A good business decision on their part and a great customer service practice.
I like Purple Fuels because they use the Gremlin which transmits to them when I need a refill. I can check on an app so I know how much fuel I'm using. Have never run out of oil since getting the Gremlin at Purple Fuels.
