“I had a double clog mess on a Monday night—my kitchen sink and bathroom sink were both clogged, and the kitchen issue was also affecting my garbage disposal and dishwasher. I even had some flooding in the kitchen. I left Lou a message Tuesday morning, and he called me back within about 15 minutes. He rearranged his schedule to come out right away and even stopped at Home Depot beforehand to pick up a replacement garbage disposal just in case I needed one. That kind of responsiveness and preparation was awesome.

When Lou got to my house, he was super friendly, personable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it, so I actually understood what was going on. On top of fixing both clogs, he gave me some really helpful maintenance tips to hopefully prevent the same issues from happening again. I really appreciated that because it showed he genuinely cares about helping his customers rather than just getting the job done and moving on.

His pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. It’s not easy to find someone who’s this responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be using Lou again, including for my upcoming kitchen renovation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lou’s Plumbing Services to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.”
