I absolutely cannot recommend this company enough. We were quoted $12,000 for a repair and replacement of our water heater. I turned to my neighbors task who they would trust for a second opinion and Russeau was a unanimous suggestion. Jarrett was able to squeeze me in between his already scheduled visits fixed my hot water heater in five minutes and did not charge me for his services. I can say with great assuredness that he will be our number one go to for all future plumbing issues. He is the epitome of someone who builds trust and follows through.
Our water heater wasn't working, during the coldest winter we had ever seen. Jarrett paid us a visit right away, diagnosed the issues, and reviewed options with us. We decided to get a new heater, and Jarrett was very knowledgeable in helping us choose which model would be best for our space. He also explained how to get money back for the remainder of our warranty on the old heater. Morgan and Mya swiftly performed the installation of the new heater and removal of the old one, and we are now very happy with our hot water!
