My sincere thanks to the great Rousseau Plumbing & Heating team for the prompt, courteous and professional response to my annoying issue with a toilet not flushing properly. Marcus, ably assisted by Garrett, quickly diagnosed the problem. Because the toilet is a one-piece low profile model, the parts were not on the truck. But, within a matter of minutes, they located the parts at a nearby supply warehouse. So, they dashed out to get the parts and were back to my house in a flash. They worked quickly, efficiently and NEATLY to complete the repair and were on their way, leaving behind a well-functioning toilet and a happy customer. My thanks to your dispatcher/scheduler (sorry I forgot her name) who very adeptly adjusted the schedule to get my service done the same day I called because of a cancellation by another customer. So glad I called Rousseau!

Jerrett is super responsive to emails well after hours. Great support after a company made an error with a replacement part.
In my old house I purchased a few Kohler fixtures for my bathroom reno. The plumbers I unfortunately hired were a disaster. I had to get Kohler involved and they sent out their certified plumbers which were Rousseau plumbing. They fixed it to perfection.
Then a few years later we moved to a new build and the install plumbers were even worse than my old house. Rousseau to the rescue once again.
I’ve had to endure many incompetent plumbers over the years so when you find a real gem it makes the find all that much sweeter. Unfortunately we live just outside of their service area. But for those of you lucky enough to be in their radius, you cannot go wrong with them.
