“I had a gas furnace installed seven years ago by Cordone and Tonucci and it worked perfectly (without needing servicing) until yesterday afternoon (a Saturday) when it failed. I called C and T and received a call back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, Rich came and solved the problem, replacing a thermocouple (apparently they do wear out), and I have heat again. The emergency service was prompt, successful and performed by a charming young man. I can recommend C and T 100% because service like theirs is exceptional.“

“Courteous and caring staff for me as a new customer. I think it was Megan who answered the phone. I told her I had an emergency as my heating system was down. She said she’d call the technician about his availability.She called back and said Malik could come between 2 and 4 pm. He called me around 2 pm to confirm I was home and said he would be here in half an hour.Malik is courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He checked out the heating system and got it working again.Getting a company here on short notice that I had not used before was a home run. The fact that the office staff and Malik are professional and caring will guarantee I use Mechanical HVAC in the future and highly recommend them to others!Service: Heating system repair“
