After being told from my vet of many years that they couldn’t see my dog for a week, even though he had a pretty serious issue, I immediately called Veterinary Assoc of North Branford. They were extremely accommodating and willing to help. Gave me an appt for the next day. I was met with a friendly greeting and within minutes of my arrival, taken back to an exam room. The vet tech was also very friendly and showed genuine concern for my pup. The doctor came in soon after and was fantastic. She gave my pup a thorough exam, was very gentile with him, and overall I was very pleased with the service… I would highly recommend this vet… I’m so happy to have switched and know I won’t ever need to go elsewhere.
Their hours are extremely accommodating with emergency visits as well.
Ron is fair, honest, and reliable. Mostly he's good and gets the job done right. He's my go to plumber for big or small jobs. Definitely recommend him.

Dr. Mark is seriously the best!! I was having bad back pain after having my son. After just a few visits with Dr. Mark I noticed a huge difference. Now a few months later I feel amazing, even better than I did before having kids. I don’t have any pain anymore at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Mark to anyone, I already got my family members to start seeing him now!!

After using multiple services with total plumbing and heating, I cannot recommend this company enough times to anybody who will listen to me! From my personal home, plumbing, HVAC needs, to the nonprofit animal rescue I help run that was going under complete remodel this past winter And now, no matter what the reason, total plumbing is there when we need them. From their top-notch quality work, fair, pricing, and quick response time (especially in emergency situations! ) we couldn’t ask for a better company to Count on! The most recent project that they helped us with was the installation of mini split unit in our brand new state of the art kennel room at our nonprofit animal rescue, it is Working wonderfully and the dogs love it too! Jody cares for my 14 week old brother and sister Boston Terriers. She provides excellent care, love and exercise during the workday. They are a handful and she cheerfully takes care of their cage cleaning and puppy “ accidents “, while putting up with their “ love bites”. Highly recommend.

I stopped in here for a gel mani & pedi while I was in the area and was pleasantly surprised! It is so hard to find a quality nail salon these days, but Town Nails was absolutely fabulous! All of the women working were incredibly kind and helpful. The woman who did my nails was very meticulous and took her time to ensure that my nails were perfectly shaped, painted, and cleaned. My pedicure was very relaxing and thorough. I did not feel that my services were rushed at all. Prices were very reasonable, $35 for basic pedicure and $35 for gel manicure.
A huge shoutout to the staff at Town Nails, I will definitely be back!

After researching local options, I came across The Lash Studio and noticed all the positive reviews, so I decided to book an appointment.
Lisa's space is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. As a first-time client, I appreciated how knowledgeable and communicative she was. She took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
During the service, Lisa was gentle and meticulous. She carefully positioned each lash to achieve the best possible result. The moment I saw my lashes, I was obsessed!
Afterward, she clearly explained the 48-hour aftercare instructions and even provided a card to take home as a reminder. She also gave me two brushes to help keep my lashes in place if they shifted while sleeping.
I'm so thankful I found Lisa and couldn't be happier with my results. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

Where do I start. Took my truck to TA to get fixed mechanic looked at it said there's nothing they can do. Gives me Ballard's # to call. Monday afternoon on the 11th give them a call thinking the worst they are going to tell me they are backed up and can't see me for a week. The young lady that answered the phone told me they can get me in Wednesday morning be there at 7:30. By 8:30 had my truck jacked up and pulling everything apart. By 10am start welding and piecing everything back together. By 4pm truck was ready and rolling down the road. The best part was it costed me $1200 less than what my front axel costed. Everyone in that shop was nice and personable. Made me feel comfortable about the work they were doing. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs done on their semi.
Went for the first time a week ago. Got a gel mani and a regular pedi. Both have held up substantially better than gel mani/pedis I’ve gotten at other salons in recent months. The salon itself isn’t the fanciest I’ve been to, but the women inside were very friendly and took their time! I will definitely go back - much better bang for my buck than other salons in the area.
Jay is the finest carpenter I have ever seen. He does phenomenal work, fine finish carpentry of bathrooms & kitchens as well as basement remodels. Their spot on with their estimates. I highly recommend them for any work under the roof.

Great people, very knowledgeable with their craft. Have yet to have a bad experience when using them. They show up fully stocked with blankets and load bars, (which for us is important). Drivers are nice and easy to talk to.
John and his team do top-notch, quality work. I've used them twice, once for a 200-amp service upgrade and again to replace my 60-year-old subpanel. The way they organized the wiring in my new panels was a thing of beauty. They clearly take pride in their work. Both times, they have been courteous, clean, and efficient. They're a pleasure to work with, and I will use them for all my future electrical projects.
Two dumpsters delivered this year for a residential downsizing...great drivers , clear instructions and fee structure. Just awesome.
