Our air conditioning system stopped working during the July heat wave in CT. Nero came out almost immediately, assessed the situation and provided a quote which we accepted. They began and finished the installation of a new system the following 2 days. The salesperson and installation team were so professional. The process was seamless. Mu husband and I felt cost was very reasonable ( $3000 less than another local company). We highly recommend this company. There were no negatives.
