As a first time home owner, I am learning how to care for my home. I am learning the importance of maintenance, which I am good at but also how my home operates. Austin from Tri-City, is so helpful. Ask a question and get an answer. He even shows me how things work for future reference. I like the younger generation of workers because of patience. That's been my experience so far but even hearing him speak to someone with more experience, they trust him to make the best decision. He was so helpful and efficient. He cleaned up after himself, very respectful knowledgeable. 2 jobs in one (one was an emergency and the other was planned). And honestly it didn't cost alot....read full review

Tri-City has excellent staff and experienced technicians that have knowledge and expertise in fixing heating issues. Austyn C. was my serviceman and he is exceptionally skilled and very pleasant. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend it!PAD NewHaven

I would highly recommend Tri-City! Amanda was able to get me a same day appointment the Friday before Christmas when my heat was acting up. We were quickly told what our issue was and the part was ordered at a fair price. The part came in the next business day! Install went smoothly and the technician was knowledgeable. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. If you’re looking for a new HVAC company, then look no further!
