Mike McKinney was incredibly professional and courteous. Turns out my ac unit will need to be replaced and Mike was able to communicate back to the tri state office details relative to my ac unit/ system so that an appointment for a sales associate could be scheduled to provide a quote. I can not say enough positive things about Mike and my interaction during the scheduled visit.
my experience was good the problem wasn't as bad as I thought except my unit is old but functional. the tech could have took advantage of repair but didn't I respect the professionalism. I'm happy
Overall, the work done for my replacement flange and new toilet installation went well. Cole was timely, helpful and efficient. There was some confusion on the quotes, but that got worked out.
