I was pleasantly surprised by the more than prompt service call & follow up which happened ahead of schedule (we know this is not the usual response from contractors)! I also requested a quote for which a change was necessary & there was no complaint/delay. I am the one dragging my feet, but use your feet to run, not walk, if you need their help.“

“Omar arrived and was polite and seemed organized. He let us know everything was okay when he left. The heat works. I presume he did a good job.“
