Can't say enough good things about this company — and especially their tech, Vic. After my American Standard heat pump system was installed, I had a feeling it wasn't running quite right: it felt like it was short-cycling and the humidity was never where I wanted it. I reached out and they sent Vic out to take a look.
The guy is the real deal. He went through the entire system top to bottom — measured the static pressure and airflow and found the blower had been left set way too high (around 2,000 CFM when it should've been closer to 1,400). Victor figured out the issue with our AC in 5 minutes, had the required parts in his truck, and got the AC back up within 15 minutes. He’s very friendly, and gave use great suggestions when we asked what we should do with our entire HVAC system. Thanks Victor !
