I want to share the wonderful experiences I’ve had with Innovative Heating and Cooling. They respond quickly and get you up and running right away. Their technicians are top notch and explain what they find and the solution to the problem. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you Innovative Heating & Cooling and Chrissy!!!
Outstanding customer service. Here’s why I say that~ So, my combi boiler ceased heating the house and we had no hot water just as temps dipped into the teens AND it was a holiday weekend. Of course I was beside myself. Innovative had installed it, so naturally I called them. To make a long story short, the company who made the boiler had horrible service and provided approximately zero answers or help. Parts needed found and ordered overnight. Chrissy was super responsive and really assertive with finding these parts and getting them quickly. Innovative Heating & Cooling is truly exceptional. We converted from radiators to central air and heat. Their work was meticulous - they were professional, on time, and installed a high-performing, top of the line system. They communicated clearly - walking us through every step of the process and alleviated any concerns we had. They also made sure to leave our home clean at the end of each day. They were very easy to work with and are incredibly skilled at everything they do. I would highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed!
