I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Connecticut Air Systems. The technicians are all friendly and knowledgeable. They have fixed our old central air system many times. Last night our AC stopped working after hours. My daughter has been suffering from asthma and was in the middle of a flare up. I called and first the tech tried to help me in case it was something that I could fix. Then came out immediately and fixed it very quickly. He also said it was under warranty because it was from a part that was replaced last year, so we can add honest to the list of wonderful things about this company. In the many years we have used them they have never failed to exceed expectations! Thank you!

Reviews
I would highly recommend this company. I had a new furnace put in and changed over from oil to gas. The crew that came were on time, efficient, neat, answered any question, they were polite and, a great sense of humor. The supervisor Tony Jr. was awesome and Mr. Laluna came also to check on the progress very impressive. I have to give kudos also, to Amy in the office she is great!!
Big picture - overall 4 stars - they are reasonably priced and do a fairly good job. Their installers are inexperienced but trouble shooting / fixers are good.
I got the full install - carrier furnace, coils, AC condenser. I will break down the experience in 3 parts:
1) sales team (Rick L) - 5 stars - great explanation of options and well written contract and cost
2) installation team (Many folks) - 2 or 3 stars - Not properly installed, few things and biggest was damper not working correctly because of faulty wire connection. They were in a hurry and did not even do a proper hand off. These guys are learning and it shows. I think CT Air should invest more on the quality… read full review
