“I called service relief Martin came out and gave me a estimate talk to me for a little bit about my issues at my house he came out about 5 days later with Armando and I couldn't be more happier my water pressure is through the roof now in my shower and the rest of my house they did an amazing job adding the booster pump in my house the only issue I have is Martin didn't laugh at my jokes LOL just kidding these guys did some good work didn't take them the whole day to do it either they did it in a good amount of time and they cleaned up up after themselves and I was happy with the service I got thank you very much Service Relief, Martin and ArmandoDave B“

“I give this company 5 stars. I was in a real jam. My kitchen sink had failed, my garbage disposal was leaking, and I had no hot water to run my dishwasher. I called JMB and got Katie on the phone. I explained the situation and she had a service technician-Justin who was on the road out to my house within 20 minutes. I showed Justin the problems and he immediately went out to his truck and began working. He called the owner Jason who went to his supplier and got my brand-new goose neck faucet, handles and soap dispenser. The owner Jason personally drove to my house to deliver the new Delta Faucet and hardware. Justin finished the job with the utmost expertise and professionalism. I have never had such top-notch customer service and delivery in my life. I would recommend JMB and team over any plumbing service in CT. “Outstanding service. We moved to a new home and had a very old Boiler and Michael helped to install new Boiler and Heater. He is very professional, through and fixed the Heater and Boiler quickly. He also helped to install gas stove in Kitchen. He made sure we have all our appliances ready for our move in on time.We had a very old shower which was not kid friendly Michael tried to understand our exact needs and installed a shower and hand shower which really helped my kid to bathe easily. He is really a very good listener and tries to understands the customer needs. He also buys the appliances needed and brings to home by himself which really saved lot of my time.Michael is great and awesome. “Would give more than 5 stars if I could! I reached out to Johnny personally with a water heater emergency that was affecting our business, on a Sunday while he was on vacation. He still responded immediately and connected me with Melissa. She got a technician out first thing Monday morning to diagnose the problem and try to order the part. They dealt with our indecisiveness as we tried to call around and see if anyone else had the part already in stock (they didn’t). We then went ahead and ordered the part with no issues, and Andrew’s went out of their way to pick it up the next day. Unfortunately only half the part was sent, not at all an error on the company’s end, and they still apologized profusely for the mistake. They again went out of their way to pick up the other half the next day and had the part installed about an hour after we opened. The effort, transparency, and communication were top tier, we couldn’t have asked for better.
