Would give more than 5 stars if I could! I reached out to Johnny personally with a water heater emergency that was affecting our business, on a Sunday while he was on vacation. He still responded immediately and connected me with Melissa. She got a technician out first thing Monday morning to diagnose the problem and try to order the part. They dealt with our indecisiveness as we tried to call around and see if anyone else had the part already in stock (they didn’t). We then went ahead and ordered the part with no issues, and Andrew’s went out of their way to pick it up the next day. We have only used Andrews Oil since buying our home in 2018 and we will not use anyone else! We have always received a high level of care and amazing customer service. Cannot thank them enough!

Shout out to Andrews Oil & Gas. Installed AC in lower level today, awesome installers, electrician and outcome! Previously performed checkup on central air system also a positive service. Over the moon pleased! PS: John in the office expertly scheduled installation dates and payment source. I suspect Sam (who visited the site and quoted cost) is the lead for all facets of the business and guides his employees well.
