Our air conditioning system did not work well during the last warm period. A service person was sent out in a timely manner. Alan was respectful of the property, polite, and knowledgeable. He seemed methodical and found a problem with the pump. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He obtained the needed pump so the problem was corrected in one afternoon. Good experience.
Our aging air conditioner unit died unexpectedly during a late season heat wave. We called the Link team up and asked them to come out to evaluate our existing unit. Based on our conversation, it was determined that a new system was the best course of action due to the age and depth of issues with my existing systems.
In evaluating options we discussed each traditional central AC systems as well as heat pumps. In the end we settled on a heat pump unit. The Link team was fantastic in handling the installation, including leaving my house spotless and assuring that the new unit was properly integrated into our existing heating system.
