“Great experience with W.B. Dickenson - called late in day with a washing machine drain/main line blockage issue and Debbie worked me into the schedule first thing the next day. Nate & Ryan called as promised. They arrived early and got right to work. Main line from house to my septic collapsed and needed to be replaced. (Empty) hot tub directly over it? No problem! The boys disconnected the electrical to the hot tub, moved it out of the way, lifted the pavers, dug the trench and replaced the pipe and put everything back the way I requested. Incredible service and customer service which is hard to find these days!!“

“I had been having trouble with a sump pump in my crawlspace. At times, it wouldn't activate when the pit was full. As a result , I would have water in the crawlspace. The other night, I came home to a sump pump not working and water on the floor of the area. It was after hours, I left a message for Ted and he responded quickly. He explain the cost to swap out the pump and he was at my home about an hour later. He inspected the existing pump, flows, pipe fitting, swap out the pump in a short period of time! I have such peace of mind knowing I have a new sump pump, especially with the amount of melting snow we are expecting this week. I will definitely use Ted's Plumbing in the future!“
