“I have been relying on Hicks Plumbing for almost two decades. They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and show up when they say they will. If there is an urgent situation, they will bend over backwards to get to you as soon as possible. Their guys patiently explain things and give you options; there is never any pressure. Although others may be less expensive, quality workmanship and trust are what are more important to me.”
“MidState Mechanical represents the very essence of the American dream. A family run operation that works hard, treats the customer with respect and looks out for the customer.
We have been using MidState for years and knew that our central AC compressor would break down sooner rather than later; which it did the first week of July and needed to be replaced. They patiently answered all our questions and gave us a lot of feedback as to our options. Once we made a decision, they moved quickly to acquire a new unit and (on their own) called other customers with appointments inquiring if they could move their appointments so our new unit would be installed as fast as possible(doesn't this show how good of a relationship they have with their customers?).
As I told the owner, I don't do surveys or reviews but for MidState Mechacnical I am happy to do so and strongly recommend them.”
