We had a “little bit” of a disaster which basically flooded my master suite Tuesday night. My son made calls for emergency assistance, but no one could dispatch overnight. Setti was one of only two companies to follow up the next morning.
He was able to get a tech dispatched AND he came personally to assess potential water damage. I was absolutely astounded by his knowledge and thorough investigation. He then helped initiate a claim with our insurance and essentially became our point of contact for the insurance company.
Setti is perhaps the most incredible customer advocate with any company I have ever encountered. Professional. Honest. Thorough. Dependable. Available. Knowledgable. Responsive. Empathetic. And truly a nice guy!
Roto-Rooter is now my plumbing company … because of Setti!

Excellent service! Junior was my technician and he was wonderful. Prompt, professional, well prepared, and donning PPE. 40+ years experience, I’ll call for him personally again!
100% recommend
I had a sump pump failure that needed replacement. It was not an emergency (but about to be) and their staff was prompt and responsive letting me know he would be a bit late. (11-1 window updated to 12-2).
He worked quickly, and efficiently. He returned to the shop and installed everything, well before 2:00pm. Within 30 minutes, all excess water was pumped.
Honestly I paid more than expected, but well worth the price to save from several tens of thousands for the foundation repair that would have been necessary.
ONeil was very efficient and helpful he immediately detected the problem we were having. He was friendly and quickly fixed our issue. I would recommend calling if you are having problems.
