I like how you can scale or modify any station needed. The coaches really make the place too - it's evident they really care about your form, goals and that you enjoy being there. I feel the workouts are effective, thorough and efficient. You're in about in 45 minutes including the warm up and cool down. They utilize a user friendly app so you can reserve a spot in the class time you want. My favorite part is what a nice community of people are there. You can count on running into familiar friendly faces that step up and cheer each other on each time. If you are new to working out, an experienced athlete or anywhere in between, definitely give F45 a try. As a local Chiropractor, I enjoy regularly referring my patients here as part of their self care plan.“

I started training with him at 23 years old on Labor Day last year, starting at a skinny 118 pounds. I’ve gained 30 pounds and counting over the last 5 months, training 3x a week while looking significantly more filled out into my frame.
Highly recommend for all ages and strength levels if you’re dedicated and serious about it. Again, he will push you to your max, but you’ll be glad he did in the end. It’s so worth it“

Working with Jaleel has been great, and the work outs are no joke! He is extremely on top of everything. Even being a virtual client, he made it a point to check in constantly to see how the program was working for me individually. The app Jaleel uses to facilitate the daily workouts is efficient, and is easy to follow. Step by step instructions on how and when to complete which exercises within each circuit. The only effort needed is the effort put forth to get through the work outs! I would highly recommend Wingard Fitness to any one looking to better themselves, or start their fitness journey. “I came across your basketball program and immediately thought, “This could be a great fit for my son.” He has never played basketball before, but recently he has shown an interest in the sport, so I figured, why not give it a try? As a parent, I’m willing to invest in anything that gets him off the iPad and involved in something positive. 😂
My goal is not to make him the next superstar athlete or the next LeBron James. I simply want him to develop a strong work ethic, determination, discipline, and confidence.
Today was Mav’s first day, and as I sat back and watched the coaches work with so many kids across different sports, I was truly amazed. This organization is something special. The kids are active, encouraged, learning teamwork and respect, and most importantly, being poured into in a positive environment.
I’m excited to see how much Mav grows here not just as an athlete, but as a young man. Especially as a young Black boy, having an environment where he can learn from mentors who not only look like him but also invest in his character and future means so much. The life skills he gains here will go far beyond the basketball court and help him succeed in any setting.
