Tony, the instructor created a private class for us accommodating our busy schedule. It was creative and active and really drove the message home to the kids without terrifying them. It was such a great way to get the kids to realize they need to get their faces unglued from phones and have an awareness of their surroundings. I found Extreme Karate through a google search. We totally lucked out! Highly recommend this business for self defense classes.“

I signed up for their new student special, three weeks of unlimited classes, which gave me the option to try out any of their classes. It was a great deal and a great way to see if the studio would be a good fit for me. It was, so I signed up for a 6-week Intro to Yoga series with Jenna, and I'm so glad I did. Jenna is a great teacher with a calming and supportive presence.Their website is well designed and gives detailed descriptions of all the classes offered (there are quite a few!), and you can easily book classes through their website. As for COVID precautions, the studio has two HEPA filters running at all times and requires proof of vaccination. These extra levels of safety allow you to practice yoga in peace.“

“I’m 55, and heard about this class through a friend. I haven’t exercised in years from raising my children. I don’t like working out. This is the most enjoyment I have ever had exercising. Tyra is an amazing instructor. She is so welcoming and is personally involved with each person in her class. She makes every class different.what I love most, is that I am pleasantly sore the next day…not debilitating where I can’t move. just the kind of soreness that you realize you still have muscles and you are getting stronger every class. I love the calm environment. I am so happy I’ve come, because I really feel stronger and it makes me want to keep exercising.“
