This is a great facility for a massage. Quiet, relaxing environment. Heated massage tables. Zack, my massage therapist, is excellent. He always asks if there are any specific areas that need attention. Very responsive and listens to your needs. I highly recommend him and Vital Life Center.

I attended a 5 day enlightenment intensive at the Vital Life Center with Jayaprabha and her staff. What I loved so much about this intensive was the complete organization of how it was run and the amount of personal insight I received from Jayaprabha and all of her staff. Additionally, they were all so warm and welcoming. I felt like I was with family for 5 days, being nurtured, supported and loved. It was beyond obvious that they all had so much experience with this work and they were all doing what they were meant to do. When doing this type of spiritual work this is exactly the type of people I want to be doing this work with :-)

My experience attending Yoga and meditation classes at the Vital Life Center has been terrific; the classes are well-structured, professionally led, and fun! I’ve learned so much, and look forward to continuing my wellness journey at VLC!
