Yoga From the Heart

I'm so glad I found Yoga from the Heart. This tranquil studio is located in Avon Village and has quickly become my go-to stress-relieving place. I signed up for their new student special, three weeks of unlimited classes, which gave me the option to try out any of their classes. It was a great deal and a great way to see if the studio would be a good fit for me. It was, so I signed up for a 6-week Intro to Yoga series with Jenna, and I'm so glad I did. So excited to find a yoga studio close to my home. They practice in a way that brings me such joy! If you're in the area I highly recommend taking a class. Small studio. Very easy going.

I've been meaning to write this for a while; as a teacher heading back to school next week, I realize how much I'm going to miss the frequency with which I've been able to enjoy Yoga From The Heart this summer! I started taking classes when they were offered outside last fall (due to the pandemic). I was so happy when the in-studio classes opened up earlier this year. The studio is clean and accessible and even with the popularity of West Hartford Center, I've never had an issue parking. As the owner, Diane's warm personality sets the vibe for the studio and makes it an inviting space.
