Well long story short, we talked, for awhile, fast forward, she did a sew-In for me. Well let's just say she did a great job, and I was satisfied. Literally the best and most professional lash technician, makeup artist and esthetician. Sayralinn always personalizes my lash sets and they have the BEST lash retention. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered Luxx Nail and Spa to find that it is under new management and several updates have been made. I hadn't been there in several months.
The decor has been freshened up and newly painted, many new products have been added, and there now is a huge selection of nail and gel colors.
As always, the Nail technicians are pleasant and professional.

Jordan at the front desk is amazing! She is friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful! Laoreta is my stylist, she is thoughtful and precise. I always ask what she thinks I should do and she will make a suggestion and it always comes out great! We talk about our kids and vacations, but she knows when I need quiet time to relax. Love European wax in Danbury. The staff is amazing. I use to have Sheila who is amazing but due to my schedule change I had to change waxers and Sheila was amazing enough to recommended Elizabeth and she is just as amazing. If anyone knows me I don’t like change but this was the best fit for me. Either of these two women are great. Sheila is good for mornings and weekdays and Elizabeth is great for evenings. Always polite and provides good customer service.

All technicians I have interacted with present themselves with professionalism and a strong understanding of the task at hand. No decision feels rushed. Every service I have needed rendered has been explained throughly with potential options on how to proceed. I appreciate their quick response time especially in times of emergency situations. I also want to highlight the attention to detail when the technicians are on site. They take the time to setup proper draping, etc. to mitigate any potential mess and take the time at the end to leave little to no trace that they were there. Personally I do not find myself leaving reviews, but when I find one worth highlighting I like to share. I would recommend without hesitation.

Power stopped going to my hot water heater this past week. Our usual electrician was on vacation. I found Shock Electric, and they were able to send someone out within an hour, same day! Franklin electric saved my family on Christmas. I probably called 30+ electricians on Christmas Day with an electrical emergency at my house- we had no power and no heat. I engaged Lecla to replace my roof and am genuinely glad I went with them - would highly recommend. After receiving 5 estimates, Lecla was by far the clearest about what they'd recommend doing and why, what would be in/out of scope and then worked with me to make the project fall within my budget. Eric was great - from the first site survey through the proposal process through project delivery, we kept in touch to make sure things were handled on time and it was a very smooth process. The work done was very high quality - it's apparent that the Lecla team are true roofing experts. Their referred subcontractors for masonry and electrical work were also excellent - communicative, easy to work with, and FAST! While I think I'll be getting 20-30 years out of this roof and hope not to need them again soon, if I find myself needing roofing needs before then, I'm absolutely planning on re-engaging Lecla ?would highly recommend!

Tom came out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend after I reached out at 8 am. He arrived within 2 hours, inspected the whole house and barn to see if we had other bee/wasp nests and we did. He took care of them quickly and efficiently. One was a very large yellow jacket nest that our dog could have easily gotten into. Highly recommend Tom.

I had gotten 6 estimates from other Arborists and after review of all, Rocky was the most responsive, actually taking the time and studied my 90+- ft, 60 yr old pine tree. He also provided his proof of Insurance Certificate within a minute of requesting. Rocky & Team arrived promptly and were ready to go. He was professional, knowledgeable, precise & personable and went above & beyond, leaving my yard (and my nextdoor neighbors!) spotless and my many hydrangeas undamaged. Last year my lawn tractor finally gave it up. I'd been doing my own lawn forever, but it was getting harder to find the time. Once the John Deere quit me, I had to hire someone. Now I wonder why I was ever cutting my own lawn to begin with.
Flavio has done an amazing job. His crew is super friendly and hard working. They show up on time, work fast and leave my yard looking like a golf course. And if I need extras, he gets that done too.
My neighbor saw how my yard was looking and asked if I could get Flavio to schedule him in too. Now Flavio does both our yards.
Flavio also did a great job edging along the side yard which was overgrown with weeds and killer vines. He put in edge guard and mulch which has made the yard look amazing! I would never have done that on my own.

We have worked with Wilson and his team for the past two years. They are hard working and take pride/care in how our yard looks. They have also taken on various other repairs (stonework, fence, etc) and are always fair and easy to work with.
Posadas has done about $10k worth of tree work for us. His tree crew is pretty incredible, taking down some very challenging trees with no problem at all.

The guys from Christian Tree Service did a fantastic job of taking down a huge tree in our yard, trimming numerous branches from others & trimming down an overgrown bush. The skill they displayed using the cutting & hauling equipment was impressive, as was their clean-up of our yard after they finished. I highly recommend them.
We needed various work done in our yard. We had 2 massive stumps in our front gardens which needed removal and other work - delivering topsoil and brush removal. Orlando was terrific with communicating when he would come, arrived on time and was willing to do whatever was needed. He works hard and his price is reasonable. I highly recommend this business and will certainly use them again.

I’m a very nervous person when it comes to dental work. Dr. Roberts and her staff are very welcoming and understand that their patients can be nervous at times. The whole experience for me was very calming. They prescribed some medication to calm me down, the lights were dimmed for a more calming environment, she asked what music I liked and played it on the radio, and handed me some earplugs. Dr Roberts has the special touch when it comes to giving Novacaine. Didn’t feel a thing! Overall 10 outta 10 experience! Definitely gonna keep going to Trinity dental, I highly recommend if you’re nervous they take very good care of you!

Today was my first time going to the dentist in NINE years! I was a bucket of anxiety walking through the door. I let Jen (my hygienist) know all of my fears, nervousness and anxiety and she made me feel SO much better. She listened and was super empathetic of my past dental experiences. My experience over the phone today was terrible first the line was going straight to a automated voice mail stating that you were closed and to call back later then i finally got a hold of someone and just asked to make my child a appointment I was calm polite and very respectful and received additude I understand not every day will be a good day but treating people nice cost nothing the dentists are great and the dental hygienist as well but I have other experience over the phone that were GREAT!! So I know they can be nice but I didn't do or say anything wrong to be treated poorly over the phone your in a field were you should Have EMPATHY.

The Driver Education Station made getting my license easy and enjoyable. The staff were all pleasant, and made what could be a stressful process anything but. When Mark had me drive for on-road training he made me feel calm and at ease. When it came to finally take the test I used what they taught me and passed easily on the first try. I know many reading this will be parents looking for a quality place for their children to learn how to drive. I went to this school almost 16 years ago, and have recommended many friends to send their children there over the years. People are so quick to go to Google to leave negative reviews, but the Driver Education Station has helped thousands of young people prepare and pass their license exam. Many don't think to leave a review then, I know I didn't. I just came on here to get the info to give to a relative looking to get their license, and figured I would leave my review from almost two decades prior!
