Taisha is hands down the best curly-hair stylist in Connecticut. Over the years I’ve been to so many so-called curly hair “experts,” and no one has ever been able to cut and style my hair the way Taisha does. She’s incredibly gifted.
This was my first visit to Gabriella. I am a frequent flyer at California Dreamin and have friends that see Gabriella so when my regular brow lady was out of town, I decided to schedule an appointment with her.
The scheduling platform she uses is super easy to navigate and use and I was thrilled that she happened to have an opening.
The space is clean and cozy. I found Gabriella to be very nice and thought the conversation flowed well and made for an enjoyable experience. When I was asking her about other services that she offers she was very thorough and professional and clearly very knowledgeable.
And my brows came out great! I look forward to seeing her for other services in the future.

I’ve booked the Brazilian blowout treatment every 3 months at her salon since spring this year - I must say, this treatment is so awesome that I don’t think I could ever go without it again lol. If you’re curious about getting a Brazilian blowout, I highly recommend it and you should know that you’re in good hands with Lee - my results are always fantastic and they really do make my hair soft, shiny and sleek for three whole months (just make sure you’re using the hair-care products from the Brazilian Blowout line when you’re at home, they really do help extend the length of the treatment). Lee has really good prices on this treatment imo. She also trims my hair wonderfully each time I visit. She trims just the right amount of hair and adapts the hair trim to your preferences - I like to keep a lot of length on my hair, so shes really good at only trimming my very ends without taking off too much additional length. Definitely recommend her for both of these services.
Not only do I walk out feeling amazing after each appointment (she’s the best!), but I also have a fabulous time during the appointment as well - Lee is a wonderful person and I have so much fun at each of our appointments. She genuinely cares for her clients and has many long-time regulars for very good reason. I think this is the most fun I’ve ever had at any hair appointment, ever. I want to especially recognize Sarah as she's taken care of me the most! I see her nearly monthly for hair styling, hair color/glaze, and densifying treatments. I am very new to the feminine world, and it's been a journey trying to get my hair where I want it to be, as well as learning how to style and take care of it. Sarah has been an absolute GEM throughout this entire time. She's incredible thorough, kind, helpful, and always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable there, never makes me feel silly or dumb for asking for help even with something so basic like how to put my hair into a ponytail. Not only that, but the work she does is phenomenal. I constantly get compliments about my hair, both the color (a lovely purple) and the styling work as well.
It is always an absolute pleasure working with Sarah and she has been a huge part in this whole journey of me finding and reaching my own feminity goals. I cannot say enough amazing things about her, or anyone else at Green Lotus. I'm a customer for life.

Cailyn is wonderful and does such an amazing balayage on my hair. I usually go 2-4 times a year and it grows out so beautifully if I can’t make it in as often! I also love that it’s only her with no other workers. I feel like I get one on one attention and don’t ever feel like a bunch of strangers are listening to my conversation like I felt in other salons. I recently moved farther away and will still drive any distance to see her!

I had an excellent experience here! I got the lemon spa pedicure and felt my technician was extremely thorough. Facilities were clean and products felt high quality.
My third time going. This place is great, clean, friendly, and relatively fast with great outcomes. Manicures last at least 2 weeks, usually 3-4! Reasonably priced too, ~$40 for a gel manicure with a design today (lavender flower).
I got a perm here and I love how it turned out! Everyone there is very kinda and the woman who did my hair did make me sit there in that awkward silence the is say most of us dread at the hair dressers
I got introduced to this spot through my aunt and was really impressed with the way Sim thread my eyebrows. I was in town after about 4 months and remembered this spot and got my eyebrows done again. I have always been skeptical and very nervous with any hair removal, but just the way she thread them to perfection, I felt I could trust her get my lower body waxed too. And I had never done waxing ever in my life!! I was super scared. But the way she handled and made me feel comfortable and the Vaseline massage in the end just vanished the pain. I was very impressed. Would give this place 10 stars!
Shout out to Nicole Ramia! I started seeing her a couple yrs ago thru a friends recommendation…and let me tell you…she is fantastic. If you have a picture or an idea in mind, she will make it happen! I went from very long hair throwing it up in a hair clip on a daily basis to a cute shaggy bob and just recently even shorter “pixie” type cut,…she knows what she is doing! And because of her experience and professionalism, Nicole will tell you if the cut will work or not on your facial type, and will recommend something else, or closer to the style if she doesnt think it will work. I am thrilled I found her and trust her with any styles I want to try with my hair. (And my 15 yr old son loves her too and he is so picky with his hair! I never knew boys could be so picky with their appearance! It’s adorable) thank you so much Nicole!!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

The team at Mountain View Landscape has been amazing to work with, very transparent and honest which is very hard to come by now aday. The process leading up to my stone patio was simple, Tom was responsive, showed up when he said he would and followed up through out the whole project. William was also a pleasure dealing with, also very responsive and a great designer...William was there almost every day checking in on the crew. At one point towards the end of the project he called us out to ask how we liked a design on the firepit that the crew had done. Good thing he did! I loved it, wife didnt, so the crew ended up changing the design to what the Misses wanted very quickly. They also came back to correct 2 pavers that chipped, no questions asked when we brought it up. The crews stayed until late at night and worked very hard together.
Its been a great experiance so far, and we look forward to a couple more projects in the near future with Mountain View.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. At 6 weeks old, my son was in severe pain and had “colic” symptoms. I knew there was something wrong but as a first time mom I was told frequently that was just how babies were. After following my mom instinct and a referral by my midwife, I brought him in. Turns out he had neck and spine compression.
He was an entirely new baby after the first visit.
I cannot stress enough how much this practice helped me bond with my son, gave me rest and peace.
I finally felt heard and helped. If we are blessed with another baby, this will be one of the first places we go during pregnancy and after birth.

I went to see Santina in October of 2025 for the first time after receiving a gift card for Body Focus. My session included a combination of Deep Tissue and Ashiatsu massage. While I am familiar with, and routinely receive deep tissue massage from other therapists and centers, Santina’s technique catered to my comfort level in a way I have never experienced. The Ashiatsu massage was my first, and it did not disappoint. The therapeutic aspects were very evident in the following days through the diminished chronic pain levels associated with past injuries. I highly recommend Body Focus as it has a warm, inviting and very relaxing atmosphere. Santina’s expertise and professionalism was evident in every aspect of Body Focus.
