“At my local office, Hamden, i was unable to schedule a requested blood test. The phelbotomist,(everyone is entitled to sick days) called out. So, I resheduled the procedure at Cheshire. I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist, who took down the necessary information. The Cheshire phelbotomist was courteous and very efficient! I am not bruised! AND I LOVED HER!
Overall, I had a grate office experience.“

“There was a mixup at my doctors office here in the Town Of Suffield. I couldn’t be seen today after making the appointment. Therefore, I called Dr. block‘s office and they asked if I wanted to come to Meriden, which is quite a drive from Suffield but I know that it was very important to have my eyes checked day after surgery so I took the appointment. The staff was very friendly very helpful. The lady booking in my appointment over the phone was extremely helpful. I saw a Dr C. He was very nice and patient with me and I asked him to describe how the surgery went and he made me very comfortable with step-by-step. I’m looking forward to having my second cataract on July 9. It really was a piece of cake. I can’t wait to see what I’ve been missing. Thank you Dr. Block’s office.“

“I have had four surgeries over the last two years at this surgical center and the level of care is absolutely outstanding!! Every single time I was always cared for by staff who wanted to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed and that I was pain free when waking up from surgery. The surgical team is phenomenal. They are so reassuring and make sure that you are calm as you are headed into surgery. And I have to give an extra huge shout out to Anesthesia. I am someone who usually has alot of nausea coming out of surgery and they took it as a personal mission to not let that happen and literally tweaked my anesthesia plan each time and the last two surgeries I came out completely nausea free, I couldn't believe it and am so thankful. This surgical center is truly the very best one I have been to and having been multiple times and having the same experience each time proves that they are a well oiled machine when it comes to making sure people have the very best care and know that they are cared for by all the staff! If you need surgery rest assured this surgical center will ensure you receive the very best care.“

“Can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner. I suffered a long fall and broke both my legs. I was in Gaylord for about 8 weeks. The place is amazing. From the doctors to the custodians. Everyone treated me perfectly. I had 2 of the best ever therapists. Pt was Stephine, she was amazing at getting me back on my feet walking. And Jamie for ot. She did everything from getting me going to helping me get to where I could take care of myself. They were my Angels. I can’t say enough good about them.
