The team that installed was extremely professional and knew what they were doing. When the install was done they were careful to clean everything up and except for the new units, you would not know any work had been done. Extremely pleased and feel this job is well worth the money.“

“We had Three A/C units installed on 09/05/2025. The crew of Marko, Zack and Austin did an amazing job at our residence. We are very very happy with the quality of the work and now proficient they were.
We were also pleased with Kevin who came at the tail end of the process to integrate our A/C system with our Furnace. He explained the process very well.

I called Fusco and got Chelsea on the phone, who started helping me troubleshoot so I could get it restarted myself. Mind you, I'm not a customer, but she gave me some instructions and told me to call back her back if I needed more help. Well I needed more help. I called her back and I could hear her speaking to someone else trying to figure out the issue. I decided that I wanted to have one of their technicians come out and take a look...it's not that warm out yet that I wanted to wait. Chelsea had someone at my house about an hour later! I hadn't had the boiler serviced in years so it needed maintenance. Alex came in as polite and nice as can be, got to work, and about another hour later, everything was fixed and running smoothly. They were very helpful recently when we had a leak in our basement. Another plumber wanted to rip down a wall to replace a whole section of pipe. By far, the best oil service that I’ve ever had.
Super reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. I’ve never spoken to someone from the company that wasn’t friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I’ll never forget last year when it was snowing like crazy and due to my own stupidity; I wasn’t on auto-delivery, and I realized last second, mid snowstorm that I was below an eighth of a tank of oil.

I called Trinks to schedule an appointment for the next weekday (It was a Saturday) just hoping that I would make it until Monday because I didn’t want to get an emergency delivery. I was sure that Trinks Bros had actual emergencies to deal with and people in much greater need than me.

Several hours later, in the pitch black, I get a ring notification on my front camera and hear a bang on the side of my house.

Despite the fact that I didn’t have a delivery scheduled until Monday, one of the kind drivers from Trinks bros came out on a late Saturday night to fill me with oil simply because he “was already delivering to a church down the street, so why not?"... And they did all this at no extra cost.

I ran out to tip the driver, which he conveniently refused repeatedly, but I forced him. Absolutely amazing customer service, and perfectly exemplary of what and who Trinks bros is as a company.

“Have had R&R come out for various non-urgent repairs and boiler maintenance over the last 20 years. A handful of aging copper pipe joints/valves replaced, and most recently a corroded steam pipe. I've only one issue in the distant past with a replaced outdoor spigot that broke after one season, and they came right out, determined that the original part wasn't for outdoor use and replaced at no charge. Reasonable prices and Ron is a wealth of knowledge and experience.“
