Great service...technicians are prompt friendly and knowledgeable. Emergency service this morning for a smoking furnace...arrived first thing in the morning...full clean-out and repair completed by 10:30. Joyce in the office is awesome!Services: Heating system repair

Excellent company, excellent customer service (very personable) Joyce is extremely pleasant on the phone and is mindful of making our experience wonderful every single time. We have never had an issue with delivery or maintenance, timing, oil or anything since we began using them in August of 2020. We get our boulder serviced annually, and with the service contract, we don't have to pay for parts or labor when it comes to repairs. All of their delivery drivers and repairmen are excellent and nice - they even make sure to say hi to our son when they deliver since they know how much he likes watching the truck! I have been a Wilson Oil & now Wilson/Norige Oil customer for approximately 36 years. If I wasn’t satisfied with their service I would have changed companies. I had my furnace & water heater installed & serviced by them as well. A great company overall. Will keep them for another 36 years.
