The Therapist that worked with me was Renee Jones. I worked with her until July and had a wonderful experience with her. Thanks to Renee, I am now able to do nearly everything to have a functional life back again. I highly recommend Renee and Blue Sky Physical Therapy.“

2535 17th St suite b, Denver“Jenna is a shining star among Pilates instructors. She has more knowledge of anatomy and physiology than any instructor I have worked with in the past. As a person with preexisting injuries, I feel safe knowing she uses evidence-based techniques in her studio. Her space is so inviting with great attention to detail that makes you feel comfortable and welcome. If you have been avoiding your pain, this is the place to heal.“

She not only knows her craft, but thoroughly explains the reasons for what she is doing. The results are magical, and without doubt she has resolved many issues for me through her knowledge and experience. She is also kind and professional, and quite frankly, the best massage therapist I have ever had!“

12650 W 64th Ave Unit F, Arvada“Such a beautiful and welcoming studio! I broke my wrist and was looking for something I could do while I mended and Stephanie and Jenni took the time to talk to me and help me create a plan. I'm so thankful for the Intro Private lesson special because I wasn't that familiar with Pilates. I then bought a 5 pack of private lessons with Jenni to learn how to modify my practice and now I'm ready for group classes. I'm also 53 and have a newfound love for Pilates so if you're interested in trying something new I highly recommend this studio.“

She also demonstrates the various adaptations as well as consistently walking around the room to assist anyone needing a bit of support or instruction. I enjoy this studio and the classes very much.“

2700 Youngfield St #252, Lakewood“I had an MRI done of my back about 2 months ago due to quite a bit of back pain, and numbness and tingling down the sides and front of my legs. After seeing a spine specialist, he requested mobility classes such as yoga or pilates before considering surgery as I have a lot of various problems (degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, etc.). I searched on line and the first place I saw and called was Breathe Pilates Studio. I called and spoke with Isabele. She told me of her own back journey and recommended Pilates over yoga for my situation. Since then, I have had 14 private sessions. Isabele is very knowledgeable, professional and patient! Her way of communicating takes an easy to understand approach for a novice like me. She always gives explanations of why what you are doing works and how to do it the right way. My pain has minimized and I know what I can do at home to help myself (exercises/stretching), when I am not with her. I cannot express enough the gratitude that I have for Isabele.“

3644 Navajo St, Denver“I initially approached DPM with some hesitation, but after just one session with Dana, I was completely won over. The instructors at DPM are clearly exceptional, and I've been truly impressed by the strong community they've built over the years. Dana's long-term client relationships, some spanning from when their kiddos were in preschool to college, are a testament to their dedication to achieving healthy results for their clients.
For example, I came in thinking my body, aged by skateboarding, wouldn't recover its former strength. While it may not be exactly as it was, it has undeniably grown stronger. I've learned so much about movement and discovered new ways to stand, walk, and gain strength without incurring new injuries. I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of the DPM community!“

12001 W 63rd Pl STE 201, Arvada“Sandra Do has done an amazing job! I've been seeing her over the past couple months and have gotten over nagging leg/hip injuries I had been dealing with for a long time. Very experienced professional who really knows what she's doing. Sandy's also helped me find the right orthotics for my shoes, given me at home stretches to do, massage tools to try, and taken the care to educate me so I know what I'm doing at home. She has really gone the extra mile to help me feel physically good again!“

8AM - 12:30PM
437 S Wadsworth Blvd Suite F, Lakewood“I love coming here! Erika is a great instructor and the sweetest person, but don’t let her fool you, she will make you workout hard! Everyone else is great but I mainly went to her classes due to my schedule. Pilates has been such a great low impact workout for me and help resolve back issues and strengthen my core. Each class is different and you use different equipment each time! Erika’s verbal cues are easy to follow! Pilates might seem intimidating but they make it so inclusive and build your confidence!“

4928 W 29th Ave, Denver“My amazing rolfing massage therapist suggested I go to pilates to round out my work on healing chronic pain issues. The person I was referred to had just retired, so I tried working with Caroline Sanders. I am so grateful to have Caroline in my life! She and Allison Brenner work with me to deal with past injuries and avoid new ones as I age. Caroline is so perceptive; she guides subtle changes that make big differences. Thanks to her, I'm a couple of inches taller and a lot healthier and happier!“

2765 S Colorado Blvd, Denver“Our daughter gave us both a gift card as a Christmas present for Pilates Collective in Denver. We haven’t stop coming here since. First, the studio is warm and not intimating. The patrons are of all ages and skill levels. The instructors are top notch. My wife and I take private sessions with Marianne and we could not have found a more perfect person. We are in our early 60’s, we have improved our balance and flexibility and decreased our joint and muscle pain. Additionally I am rehabbing from Achilles tendon surgery and use Pilates as a form of rehab, by the way recommended by my surgeon. Thank you to the entire team.“

I saw Dr. Carvatt for recovery from abdominal surgery, and he provided many great exercises and wonderful information to optimize my health and ability to keep performing athletic / outdoor activities. Thanks to Billy, my ability to move and use my core is even better than I had before my surgery, and I can't recommend him or any of the providers at Specialized PT enough. I .just also give a shout out to the office staff as they make scheduling and paperwork super easy while being kind and helpful.“

7AM - 12PM
899 Logan St UNIT 115, Denver“After 9 surgeries including 3 neck fusions it is safe to say I have had just about every type of physical therapy and modality (range of motion, stretching, mobility, accupuncture, trigger point, massage, electro stim, red light, pulsed magnetic wave, injections, heat packs, cold packs...you name it I have had it) I can honestly say that meeting Todd and Jen and going through the SymFit program has been life altering. Not only do they address the acute issues but their techniques get at the underlying causes and help you to help yourself. If you want a massage and a warm compress go to your traditional PT provider. If you want to get better and have a higher quality of life go to the best... SymFit.“

“I am an RN, Massage Therapist and X-ray tech, and I can say IF someone has a SCIATIC NERVE issue, it is imperative to get the Muscles AND Tendons manually aligned and treated, beyond getting an adjustment, or simple stretches. I can say with just 1 appointment, I have had a major relief of pain. They Know what to DO!“
