it's a good workout. I'm a yoga Instructor and also do weight training and I felt the burn. awesome work and awesome atmosphere.
Let’s just say, this place is hard but worth it. If you push yourself even just a little and with the encouragement of the coaches, you will feel your workouts which I love. It is hard work but fun! The atmosphere and the music make the class go super fast. I’m not a pro by any means (only been to two classes so far) and listen to my body and even try to push myself more but love the way I feel afterwards. The community is awesome and everyone looks out for each other. The coaches are friendly and will modify workouts for you if you have injuries which I like cause my ankles aren’t the best. Paige the head coach and community manager has been awesome as well and been so upbeat and educational as well as very informative along the whole process. So excited to have stumbled upon this workout and look forward to a hard but rewarding journey! One day I will master Sweatlana but know she will still keep me in check!!!
